Returns

 

  • Inspect all boxes at time of delivery; if boxes look tampered with, count total pieces and review your packing slip.
  • Inspect all garments upon receipt. Immediately call customer service for any discrepancies such as shortages, damaged or incorrect merchandise within 3 days of receipt of goods.
  • Exchanges only, no refunds. No exchanges after 30 days of receipt of goods or if garments are washed or worn.
  • All returned merchandise require a return authorization number from our customer service department.
  • Please include a copy of the packaging list/invoice with all returned merchandise.
  • All Customers send in $7.50 for shipping costs on exchanges.
  • More than 10 items returned will have a 10% restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
